Fractional Senior Real Estate Finance Controller

Trident International is seeking a Part-time Fractional Senior Financial Controller to own the financial control environment for a major mixed-use development in central London. The role reports to the Fund Controller and involves oversight of tax, budgeting, cash flow and external advisers for a UK-Luxembourg structure.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA qualified with FC/FD/CFO experience, strong real estate finance background, and the ability to lead autonomously in a two-days-per-week consultancy
