Transaction Support Specialist for PE Deals & Diligence

HMT is seeking a Transaction Support Executive/Manager in Henley on Thames or London. You will join an award-winning corporate finance team to rapidly develop transaction support skills across due diligence and advisory work.

The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant, with up to 24 months of transaction support experience, and possess strong commercial awareness and analytical ability. Travel to the South may be required.
