IBA Team Leader: Insurance Finance & Reconciliations

Specialist Risk Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA) team in London. You will ensure accurate processing, cash allocations, and reconciliations while upholding strong financial controls and collaborating across the business.

Reporting to the Head of IBA, you’ll guide and mentor the team, monitor key metrics, and drive improvements in finance operations for client and insurer money movements.
