Senior Insurance BA – Underwriting & Process Improvement

G MASS is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the underwriting workbench implementation from a business and process perspective, ensuring that requirements reflect operational underwriting needs.

You will lead requirements elicitation across underwriting stakeholders, map and improve processes, and produce standard BA artefacts, BRDs, process maps and user stories. Length: initial 12 month contract.
