Automotive Sales Leader & Coach (Senior)

Command is recruiting for a driven automotive sales professional to join a busy, high-volume dealership as a Sales Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Manager looking for progression, or a Senior Sales Executive ready to move into management.

You’ll lead from the front, coach Sales Consultants and work with Business Managers to drive performance, maximise conversions and deliver strong commercial results.
