Senior Transaction Services & Advisory Manager (Hybrid)

Ward Simpson Ltd. is seeking an experienced Transaction Services Assistant Manager or Manager to join our Financial Advisory team.

The role focuses on delivering a range of advisory projects including financial due diligence, lender due diligence, independent business reviews and cash flow forecasting. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with around 3 years post-qualification experience in Transaction Services or Restructuring advisory.
