Senior Land Manager — Retirement Living Deals

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is recruiting for a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager to lead acquisitions in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, East Anglia and Northamptonshire. The role combines office work with regular site visits and negotiation with agents and landowners.

The successful candidate will analyse opportunities, progress deals to exchange, and work closely with internal teams to formulate regional strategy while maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
