Construction Cost Manager – Forecasting & Analytics

Kier Group is seeking a Cost Manager to join the KierBAM team on a major redevelopment project at Plymouth – Devonport Royal Dockyard. The role requires on‑site work (3 days on site minimum) and close collaboration with Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Finance and Management to keep costs within budget.

You will analyse data, forecast expenses, and manage contracts and changes with NEC4 knowledge, leveraging advanced Excel capabilities to deliver clear reports and insights for stakeholders.
