Senior Valuation Surveyor – North West Markets

Avison Young’s Manchester-based valuation role sits within the national Valuation team. You will perform loan security, acquisition, disposal and asset valuations for diverse clients and report to Directors in Liverpool and Manchester.

The role requires MRICS/FRICS or equivalent, strong report-writing and collaboration skills, with emphasis on delivering high-quality work and managing multiple projects efficiently.
