Hybrid: Strategic Highways Asset Manager

City of York Council is seeking an experienced Highways Asset Manager to lead a team of Asset Engineers and oversee the strategic management of York’s highways assets. You will drive long-term renewal and maintenance programmes, aligning with the York Local Transport Plan and asset management framework.

The role requires excellent communication with multiple stakeholders and the ability to manage complex programmes across active travel networks, roads, footways, drainage, and street lighting.
