Transformation Analyst

A leading London Market insurer is seeking a Transformation Analyst to support the enhancement of its underwriting control environment. This role will focus on process improvement, reporting optimisation, data quality, governance and business change initiatives across the underwriting function. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and leverage data and technology to drive operational excellence.

Essential Skills of the Transformation Analyst:

• Insurance or Reinsurance experience
• Strong Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience
• Experience delivering Change or Transformation initiatives
• Data Analysis, MI and Reporting experience
• Governance, Controls or Operational Risk knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience identifying and delivering operational efficiencies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Desirable Skills of the Transformation Analyst:

• Lloyd’s Market experience
• Underwriting Operations experience
• Underwriting Controls experience
• Process Optimisation / Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools
• AI, Automation or Emerging Technology exposure
• Governance and Control Framework experience
• Specialty Insurance or Reinsurance experience

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum Contract Duration: 12 Month FTC Location: London EC3A / WFH Hybrid Start Date: ASAP (up to 4 weeks notice considered)
