Resident Financial Support & Crisis Payments Lead

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Financial Support Manager to lead a front-line team delivering essential resident support and crisis assistance. You will guide staff, manage budgets and ensure compassionate, equitable service delivery while expanding our Crisis Payments program.

You will also drive data-informed improvements, collaborate across departments, and represent the service in transformation initiatives across Finance and Assurance.
