Senior Cost Manager

An ambitious, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join its growing Leeds team.

An exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of projects, providing strategic commercial and cost management advice to key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost management from inception to completion
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets and financial reports
• Manage procurement and tendering processes
• Provide commercial and value-management advice
• Monitor project costs and financial performance
• Manage post-contract cost control and final accounts
• Develop strong client relationships
• Support and mentor junior team members

About you

A Senior Cost Manager with consultancy experience and commercially minded, or Cost Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong pre and post-contract experience
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Experience across a range of construction projects
• MRICS, or working towards
