Head of Learning Enhancement – Inclusive Education Lead

Ardingly College in Haywards Heath seeks to appoint a Head of Learning Enhancement to lead inclusive teaching and learning across the Prep School (Nursery to Year 6), ensuring every pupil is supported, challenged, and enabled to reach their full potential.

The role has strategic and operational responsibility for SEND and AGT provision, works with staff, parents and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions, and sits on the Prep School Academic Management Team.
