Senior HSE Manager – On-site Safety Lead, Car & Pension

The Collective Network Limited, Cambridgeshire, seeks a senior Health & Safety Manager to own the safety agenda across multiple sites. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, have real ownership, and drive change without being buried in management layers.

Role responsibilities include leading the competent person, developing RAMS, conducting audits, managing subcontractors, leading investigations, and mentoring a Health & Safety Officer.
