Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Infrastructure (NEC4)

Versa Consulting Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure, highways and civils projects across South Wales. The role covers commercial management, NEC4 administration and cost control.

You’ll prepare payment applications, manage subcontract accounts and forecast costs, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to tendering and pre-construction where required.
