British Airways PLC is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (UK CAA B1) to join the Glasgow-based maintenance team. You will lead, supervise and develop teams carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections and defect rectification, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.

You will organize work schedules, deliver targets, coach staff, and provide technical leadership while coordinating with shifts and support departments to optimise aircraft uptime and productivity.
