Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water Infra | Hybrid & Car Allowance

Gold Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a high-volume portfolio of Thames Water minor capital works in South East London. The role focuses on AfP, CVR, cost control and subcontractor management within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will lead a small commercial team of 4, work closely with operational teams, and benefit from a hybrid working pattern (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with a generous package.
