Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Manager

Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager for a trauma-informed children’s home in Northampton. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding standards, and develop a skilled care team to provide high-quality care to young people with complex EBD.

The role requires at least 2 years as Registered Manager in residential childcare, formal qualifications (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent) and a strong track record of maintaining GOOD OFSTED ratings.
