Traveling Deputy GM & Clinical Lead

Barchester is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to oversee multiple care homes across London, Surrey and Kent. You will travel within your division to lead clinical teams, drive standards and implement action plans to meet residents’ needs.

As deputy, you will cover General Manager duties in their absence, conduct audits, monitor regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while maintaining high quality care.
