Senior Home Manager — Drive Quality Care & Team Growth

Serencroft Care Homes is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead Gable Court in Romford. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive quality of care, ensure regulatory compliance and manage the budget while fostering a safe, compassionate, person-centred environment.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, build relationships with residents, families, commissioners and the Serencroft leadership team, and champion the group’s CQC standards and B Corp commitments.
