What you will do:
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in general wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.

Requirements:
- Must have previous Band 8a NHS experience.
- HCPC registration is required to practise as a pharmacist in this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within the general pharmacy specialism is essential.
- A driving licence is preferable to facilitate travel between locations if needed.
