The Neonatal Unit Ward Manager at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is a senior clinical leader responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the neonatal unit, ensuring babies and their families receive safe, effective and compassionate care.

Working with the Neonatal Matron and multidisciplinary teams, the postholder provides visible leadership, drives patient safety, quality improvement and service development, and oversees workforce planning and staff development.
