Environmental Health Officer – Private Sector Housing

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer for a Private Sector Housing contract in Cambridgeshire. The role is on an initial 6-month contract, paying £50-£55 per hour, and aims to improve housing standards across the borough.

You will investigate housing complaints, carry out HHSRS assessments, inspect private rented properties, and support HMO licensing while working with partners to respond to changing legislation, including Renters’ Rights Act.
