Senior Care Village Service Manager

Caron Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead Brynmawr Care Village in Ebbw Vale. You will be registered with CIW as the registered manager, report to Head of Region, and drive excellence in care, compliance, and resident well-being.

As a brand ambassador, you will manage Unit Managers and Clinical Leads, implement QA systems, develop staff, and build strong partnerships with families and professionals. The role offers a competitive salary and on-call responsibilities.
