Registered Manager — Lead a Growing Children’s Home

MCS Healthcare in Leicestershire is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our solo children’s home, delivering safe, nurturing, and individualized care for a young person.

You will provide strong day‑to‑day leadership, recruit and develop the team, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

The role offers £50,000 basic salary with progression linked to the second home, occupancy and bonuses, a supportive senior team, and opportunities to grow with the company.
