AI Platform Support Engineer — London

CoreWeave is seeking a customer support role to help users of our AI platform. You will respond to highly technical inquiries across email, chat, and forums, triaging issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

Based in our central London office 3–5 days per week, you will work with engineering and product to improve documentation and processes while leveraging Python and ML tooling to deepen product knowledge and support capabilities.
