You’ll be working with

• Investors, Venture Capital & Family Offices
• Advisory Boards & Interim Executives

You do NOT need to have done fractional/interim recruitment previously. They are happy to consider perm recruitment profiles.

Compensation

• £50,000–£70,000 base (flexible for exceptional talent) + management override + uncapped commission paying up to 40%
• Strong earning potential through a highly profitable fractional and advisory model
• Clear progression into leadership over time
