Job Title: Charities Law Associate 1-4 PQE- Mid Sized City law firm
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
PQE Level: 1-4 PQE

Our client is a highly regarded mid-sized City law firm with a strong charities practice and highly regarded for a collaborative culture and healthy work/life balance.
Role:
Advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters relating to charity and not for profit clients.
- Setting up new charities
- Charity mergers and reorganisations
- Corporate governance
- Various commercial contracts including those relating to fundraising and licensing
- GDPR and data protection
- Ongoing advisory work

Successful candidate:
- 1-4 PQE England & Wales qualified ( we are unable to consider NQs)
- Working in a charity team within a UK law firm with corporate/commercial experience
