£50,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters. Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
About you as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (ideally with 4+ years PQE, although candidates with relevant experience will be considered). Proven experience managing a dispute resolution or civil litigation caseload. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. A proactive approach to client service and case management.
