Senior Healthcare Governance & Compliance Lead

WellBN is preparing to launch a new organisation in January 2027, led by Dr Tom Lever, with a progressive approach to general practice and a focus on patient care and staff wellbeing. The Governance & Compliance Lead will oversee governance, regulatory compliance, complaints handling and risk management across WellBN sites in Brighton, Hove and Portslade.

Role requires extensive NHS/governance experience, strong policy development and reporting skills, and ability to drive continuous improvement
