Senior Associate or Legal Director, Commercial and Technology Contracts

A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.

The role

You will advise on commercial and technology contracts for both customers and suppliers.

• Outsourcing, supply chain and IT contracts
• Contracts for new technology, including AI systems
• Client management and business development such as seminars and training
• Coach and mentor junior team members and help grow the team

What you will need

• Qualified solicitor with around 5 to 9 years PQE
• Experience of both strategic commercial contracts and technology work
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Experience of supervising others
