With an international client base, the firm operates at the forefront of this unique area of law, advising on high-value and often complex matters within the automotive and motorsport sectors.
Our client is seeking an exceptional Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE to join their specialist team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional with strong commercial law expertise and a genuine passion for cars and motorsport.
The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice to an international client base.
- Managing complex legal matters with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to the continued development of the firm’s specialist legal practice.
- Working within a unique legal environment involving high-value classic and historic cars and the wider motorsport industry.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law.
- Excellent technical legal knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional communication, analytical and client management skills.
- The ability to manage complex matters independently and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
- A genuine interest in cars, classic and historic vehicles, and motorsport.
