The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking a Senior Mutuals Associate in the Authorisations Division. Based in Edinburgh, Leeds, or London, you will assess and manage applications from mutual societies, help deliver the Mutuals strategy, and lead cases using discretionary statutory powers.
You will develop specialist expertise across mutuals legislation, engage with legal representatives and industry stakeholders, and shape outcomes that protect consumers and markets.
