The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supply of goods/services, franchise, and SaaS agreements. The role involves providing pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders, assisting with commercial due diligence on acquisitions, and supporting internal governance and data protection activities.Eligibility: Applicants must be UK qualified lawyers with 2-5 years’ Post-Qualified Experience (PQE). A strong background in commercial contracts, gained either in private practice or in-house, is required.
