We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Romford for a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a property lawyer who enjoys working across both sides of the property sector and is looking to join an established firm with a supportive office environment.
You do not have to be qualified as a Solicitor for this role- relevant experience across both Residential and Commercial Property is key.
The Role
You will work across a varied caseload covering both Residential and Commercial Property, working closely with clients and colleagues to progress matters from instruction through to completion.
The successful candidate will ideally have strong practical experience across both areas and be confident managing their own workload.
About You
You may be a qualified Solicitor, Solicitor with experience outside of private practice, Legal Executive, experienced Property Lawyer or another suitably experienced property professional.
Most importantly, you will have:
- Strong experience in both Residential and Commercial Property
