Senior Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Care

Arch Resourcing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, to lead a residential home for children with emotional and behavioural needs. You will support the team to deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards and the organisation’s values.

The role requires previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience and a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
