Clinical Deputy Home Manager: Lead Care & Nursing

Abbey Healthcare seeks an experienced Deputy Home Manager (Clinical) to join our care home leadership team. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care and maintain clinical competencies through weekly 12-hour shifts.

You will provide visible clinical leadership, develop nursing and care staff, manage regulatory standards, and contribute to audits and quality improvement.
