About This Opportunity
The University of Oxford is recruiting a Postdoctoral Research Scientist to work on neuronal cell biology, Parkinson’s disease models and molecular profiling in iPSC-derived dopamine neurons.
This two-year Postdoctoral Research Scientist role in the Wade-Martins Laboratory focuses on neuronal models of neurodegeneration. The researcher will differentiate iPSC-dopamine neurons from Parkinson’s patients and controls, apply cellular and molecular techniques to study endolysosomal and mitochondrial biology, and use metabolic and lipidomic profiling to validate a therapeutic target.
