Lead Children’s Residential Care Team

Wilderness Way is seeking a Children’s Residential Team Leader in the Penrith area. You will lead shifts, ensure safe, high-quality care, and mentor Residential Support Workers to deliver outstanding support to children.

You will champion trauma-informed care, ensure children’s voices are reflected in care plans, and drive continuous improvement across the home while working with families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
