Clinical Lead Nurse — Elderly Care Unit

Nightingale Hammerson is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead and support our nursing unit in the absence of the Unit Manager or Deputy. You will deliver person-centred care, uphold professional standards and foster a collaborative environment for residents, families and staff.

The role involves clinical leadership, staff supervision and contributing to practice development in line with NMC regulations and Nightingale policies.
