Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare specimens for testing
• Perform basic laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, etc.)
• Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Record test results and report findings to the appropriatehealthcareprofessionals
• Ensure laboratory procedures are followed according to standards and regulations
• Perform quality control checks and ensure accuracy of results
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies are stocked

Required Qualifications:

• MinimumAssociate’sdegree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• ASCPcertification (or equivalent certification like AMT orAAB) required
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and equipment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
