Clinical Lead & Deputy General Manager — Care Home

Barchester Healthcare in the UK is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high care standards and regulatory compliance.

You must be an RN/RMN with active NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification, with HR, budgeting and safeguarding experience to coach staff and deliver quality, compassionate care. You will also foster clinical governance and staff development in a busy care home.
