Diabetes Care Nurse Practitioner for Rural Primary Care

Bredon Hill Surgery in West Malvern is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our established nursing team. You will take the lead in caring for and supporting our diabetic patients, while continuing to perform standard Practice Nursing duties such as dressings, immunisations, phlebotomy and injections.
