Residential Childcare Manager – Ofsted Excellence Lead

Universal Care Group is seeking an OFSTED Registered Children’s Manager for our residential home in Solihull. You will oversee care, safeguarding, education and staff development to promote children’s learning and welfare.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, with prior managerial experience in childcare being highly desirable.
