Stroke Physiotherapist – Band 6 (Community Rehab)

Barts NHS Trust in London is seeking a Band 6 Stroke Physiotherapist to join the Community Stroke Team. You will assess, plan and deliver rehabilitation for stroke patients, working within the stroke pathway to optimise mobility and independence.

This post requires a Degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration and neurology experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain comprehensive records and educate patients and families to support self-management.
