NHS GP Practice Dalston Hackney is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced practice clinical pharmacist to join our friendly, well-established team in Hackney, East London. The role covers patient-facing medication reviews, minor illness management, and reconciliation of medicines after hospital discharge.

You will work with a diverse team including GPs, nurses and other health professionals, and may operate as an independent prescriber within your scope.
