Senior Surveyor — Retail & Leisure Lease Advisory

Montagu Evans, located in Greater London, is seeking a qualified MRICS surveyor with 1-3 years of experience to join their leading Retail & Leisure team. The successful candidate will advise clients on lease advisory for retail parks and leisure assets across England and Wales.

This role includes conducting site inspections, drafting reports, and negotiating rental agreements. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Landlord & Tenant processes are essential.
