Hybrid Finance Manager: Strategy, Reporting & Growth

Trial Balance Consulting are partnering with a hospitality-focused business near Liskeard to hire a Finance Manager. The role is full-time and hybrid, with up to two days remote per week, reporting to the MD with a Finance Director overseas.

You will lead day-to-day financial controls, manage a junior staff member, and contribute to financial strategy, including management accounts, cash flow forecasting and statutory reporting.
