Hybrid Management Accountant – Property & BTR Finance

Monahans, part of the Sumer Group, is seeking a Management Accountant in Trowbridge to deliver end-to-end bookkeeping and produce timely management accounts for a Built-to-Rent residential portfolio. You will support senior management, asset managers, and investors with high-quality financial reporting and insights.

Ideally you are qualified or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong Excel and experience in property accounting.
